For credit card donations, please fill out the form provided on this page and follow the prompts. After providing your email, you will be sent a digital receipt. You can also choose to leave a message for the Patel family with your donation.

For check donations, please make checks out to the Thomas Foundation. Checks can be mailed to 4605 MacCorkle Ave SW, South Charleston, WV 25309.

For donations via charitable trust, please direct your trust to send the donation to our mailing address with the endowment name. Our FEIN number is 55-0694220 for your convenience.
