This year, it’s all about the BUS!

In 2026, WVU Medicine Thomas Hospitals will proudly launch a brand-new Bonnie’s Bus — a second state-of-the-art mobile mammography unit that will bring lifesaving breast cancer screenings directly to patients in the communities that need it most.

Support for the Pink Soirée helps ensure that every patient — regardless of where they live or ability to pay — has access to early detection and quality care. Thanks to generous supporters, this new bus will expand screening services across West Virginia, reaching rural and medically underserved areas.

On Saturday, March 28, we will celebrate the unveiling of this new Bonnie’s Bus together at the Thomas Foundation Pink Soirée. Bonnie’s Bus will be on site during the event, and guests will have the opportunity to tour the new mobile unit and see firsthand the impact their support makes possible.
